    Win Smith's Winvian Memories

    03-13-2009 08:08 AM
    By Winvian Winvian
Winvian started out as a family farm that my grandparents use as a sanctuary to escape the rigors of New York City. We have had the property in our family since 1948 and in the last 2 years have opened up an truly unconventional and extraordinary resort located in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. I have many fond childhood memories and continue to grow and have more wonderful experiences as we enter into a whole new phase of the family and property history. I hope you enjoy some of my anecdotes and pique your interest to come visit. Read more...

      Sales Manager
    • I am currently the Sales Manager at Winvian after having spent the last 4 years working at Sugarbush Resort. My mother, Maggie, is the proprietor of Winvian which, as a property, has been in the Smith family since 1948. My sister, Heather, is our Managing Director. To be honest, my personal biography will be shown as I continue to blog. If you read my first blog entry (Win Smith's Winvian Memories) you will see the essence of our history; as a family, as a property, as well as my development in my life. My story is very much wrapped up in my work!
